  • ‏Ziegenfrischkäse
  • ‏Essig
  • ‏Olivenöl
  • ‏Brot

Löwenzahn

Datterinitomaten oder andere Tomaten nach Wahl

Ziegenfrischkäse
Brot
Essig

Olivenöl

Salz

Zubereitung:

Den Löwenzahn waschen und in 2cm lange Streifen schneiden.

Die Datterini auch waschen, viertelnund nun den Frischkäse in Würfel schneiden.

Brotwürfel in einer Pfanne mit etwas Butter  anrösten.

Den Löwenzahn, Datterini, Frischkäse in einer Schüssel geben.

Für die Vinaigrette Essig, Öl, Salz vermischen, darüber verteilen und alles schön vermischen.

Am Ende die Brotwürfel(Croûtons) darauf verteilen, so bleiben sie knusprig und weichen nicht so schnell auf.
