Zutaten

  • 1 ‏Zwiebel
  • 1 ‏Knoblauchzehe
  • 50g ‏Selleriknolle
  • 200g ‏mehlige Kartoffeln
  • 250g ‏Sauerkraut
  • ‏Wasser oder Gemüsebrühe
  • 150ml ‏Sahne
  • 1 ‏Lorbeerblatt
  • ‏gehackte Petersilie
  • ‏Salz und Pfeffer

Zubereitung:

Die Zwiebel , den Knoblauch , den Sellerie sowie die  Kartoffeln schälen und klein schneiden.

Alles in Öl andünsten, das Sauerkraut dazugeben und mit Wasser aufgießen, bis alles bedeckt ist.

Das Lorbeerblatt dazugeben und die Suppe für 30 Minuten köcheln lassen.

Nun das Lorbeerblatt herausnehmen, Sahne unterrühren, die Suppe mixen und mit Salz und Pfeffer abschmecken.

Mit gehackter Petersilie, Brot  und gekochte Wurstscheiben oder Selchfleisch servieren.

Für die vegetarische Variante eignen sich gekochte Kichererbsen als Einlagen.

Eine vitaminreiche Suppe für den Winter.
